Following on from our inaugural event in 2018, this year’s African Somerset 'Feast'ival’ builds on the authentic African experience by incorporating some of the global influences that have helped to shape the continent. The event is aimed at families who share a passion for fabulous food, great music, camping and a good old fashioned Somerset throw down! This year you can look forward to:

Camping – Loads of space for Tents, Campervans and even the odd Caravan. And yes, the African bush showers will be back!
All Day Feasting – African-inspired dishes cooked on Open Fire or Hot-Smoked inside the infamous Kubu (The Hippo).
Afro Beats – Be ready for an all day feast of great African music.
Drinks - BYO drinks (for adults and children), or you can enjoy local Somerset Ales and Cider which will be on sale at the ‘The Watering Hole’.
Games - Traditional African and Somerset games (with a twist) for both the kids and adults to enjoy.

Access - The venue will be accessible between 12 and 3pm on Saturday ONLY. This will provide enough time to get your camp site organised before the Feasting begins.

Camping - Please ensure that you are fully self-sufficient in terms of camping equipment and accessories.
